I’m a baby sleep consultant and long-time nanny based in Wellington, New Zealand, and I’ve spent the last 20 years supporting babies, toddlers, and very tired parents through some of their hardest (and sleepiest) seasons. I help families make sense of sleep without rigid rules, judgement, or information overload.
I’ve worked with families all over the world, caring for babies and young children in real homes, real cultures, and real-life situations. Not just textbook scenarios. What I’ve seen time and time again? When sleep is off, everything feels harder. When sleep improves, parents breathe again.
That’s why my approach is practical, grounded, and realistic. I don’t believe in one size fits all sleep advice or telling parents to ignore their instincts. I believe in understanding YOUR baby, YOUR family, and creating a plan that actually works in your life.

When I’m not talking sleep, you’ll find me on the football pitch, out on the water yacht racing, or enjoying anything that involves movement, fresh air, good food, and good company. I value balance, freedom, and feeling good in my body and I bring that same philosophy into my work with families. Sleep isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating space to enjoy your life again.
