In Home Sleep Support
Hands on, calm support - right where sleep happens.
My in home sleep support is designed for families who want experienced guidance in real time, in their own space. It allows me to observe your baby in real time, gaining a deeper understanding of their personality, cues, and sleep needs so support is informed by what I see, not assumptions. This option is particularly valuable for younger babies, where timing, environment, and hands on reassurance make all the difference.
Daytime Nap Support Visit
(2 hours)
Perfect for families navigating short naps, struggling with settling, or unpredictable daytime sleep. I’ll join you in your home around nap time to support and guide you through your baby’s sleep in real time. You’ll gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools you can continue using long after I leave.
Evening Bedtime Support Visit
(3 hours)
Designed for families struggling with bedtime battles, false starts, or unsettled evenings. I’ll be with you through the bedtime process supporting you step by step, answering questions as they arise, and helping you create a calm, confident bedtime routine that actually works.
Overnight Sleep Support Visit
(12 hours | 7pm–7am)
This is my most comprehensive in home option offering families hands on support through the night when sleep challenges feel most intense. I’ll support your baby overnight, implement the agreed sleep plan, and provide guidance so you feel confident continuing once the night is over. An overnight visit is ideal if the nights feel relentless, whether you need hands on support during tricky wakings, or you’d like me to take charge so you can enjoy a proper night’s sleep.
Is in home support right for you?
In home support offers the highest level of guidance and reassurance especially for younger babies and families who want hands on help in the moment. If your baby is under 8 months old, this is often the most supportive and effective place to start.

Phone Consults
Expert sleep support from the comfort of your couch (coffee or wine encouraged).
Sometimes you don’t need a full overhaul. You just need clear answers, a calm plan, and someone who knows what they’re talking about. My phone consults are designed for parents who want personalised guidance, practical next steps, and confidence without the overwhelm.
My phone consults are designed for families who feel ready to implement sleep changes with expert guidance and support from a distance. They’re best suited to babies and toddlers aged 9 months and older, and for families located outside of Wellington.
The Sleep Clarity Call
(One call up to 45 minutes)
Perfect if sleep advice sounds great on paper but your baby is responding with a firm “absolutely not.” We zoom in on your biggest sleep challenge and translate theory into real-life action. Plus, you’ll get a written call summary so you don’t have to remember a thing.
The Ultimate Sleep Support Call
(One call up to 60 minutes + 2 weeks of follow-up support)
This is for parents who want support beyond the call because real change happens when you’re not doing it alone. We’ll spend up to an hour diving deep into your baby’s sleep and their sleep plan. Then the next two weeks I’ll be there to guide, adjust, and reassure you as needed.
